The service here was very fast and efficient. The ramen was flavorful, filling, and came with a perfectly cooked egg and complimentary tea. The spice level had a nice kick, and the overall meal felt fresh and satisfying. A great spot for a quick and tasty ramen meal.
Service was very fast. Counter seating only. I had the beef shoyu ramen, which came with free-refill tea. I ordered spicy level 2 but next time I’d get spicy level 1. The ramen was generous and tasty and included a perfect hard boiled egg. I can never get that slight translucency in the yolk at home.
Ramen came out quick, and I’m glad since they were near closing. Tonkotsu with spice level 3, no shiitake mushrooms. Delish! I’ll do one level down next time, so I can taste the broth a bit more. My partner got fried rice from next door, and added the ramen broth on top. Try it!
